Temporary Help & Long-Term Contract Help

Our ability to create high performance teams with our clients is the focal point of our service. We hire our own employees and assign them to support our client's work force to keep them fully staffed during busy times, mentor in new technologies or to simply staff special projects on a short-term or long-term basis. Our consultants integrate seamlessly with our client teams and provide total integration throughout the life of the contract.

Temporary to Hire

On certain conditions, we will offer the flexibility for our consultants to establish a "permanent" employment relationship with our client. Our consultant would be eligible to convert to full time employment status with our client after six months and only if mutually agreed upon terms are reached prior to the start of the contract.

Recruitment and Placement

MindSeeker provides full-time, permanent fee-based staffing services based on a percentage of the placed candidates annualized salary. Our staffing process involves a detailed search, comprehensive interviews with all applicants and reference checks. Upon request, we offer skills testing, background investigations and drug testing. All placements are backed with a 100% refundable guarantee.
