Our History

Mindseeker was initially established as a regional staffing firm during the dot com era. Our objective was to capitalize on the explosive growth in technology and provide a level of staffing excellence that was absent in the marketplace. We wanted to create a company that was built on providing exceptional value and service to both customers and employees while maintaining a high level of integrity throughout the organization. The idea of seeking exceptionally talented people with bright minds lead to the company moniker, Mindseeker.

With an established network and a successful staffing model already in place, the company began to focus efforts on contracting and started establishing both prime and sub-prime relationships in the Government sector. This move placed Mindseeker in a unique position to support a variety of Prime contracts, gain valuable experience, round out core competencies and build past performance in the Federal market. Efforts then began to establish relationships with State and Local government agencies. This ultimately led to the formation of Mindseeker’s Government Solutions Group and the subsequent restructuring of Mindseeker’s commercial business under the newly formed Commercial Solutions Group. The formation of these two distinct business units was critical to the company’s future plans and continued success. Today, Mindseeker offers an array of consulting services and staffing solutions to Government and Commercial clients nationwide.
