Direct Placement

We provide full-time, permanent fee-based staffing services which are based on a percentage of the placed candidate’s annualized salary. Our vetting process includes a detailed search, comprehensive interviews and thorough reference checks for each and every candidate. Upon request, we can also offer skills testing, background investigations and drug testing. All placements are backed with a 100% refundable guarantee.

Contract to Hire

We acquire a solid understanding of what constitutes the right person for the right job. We offer the flexibility for our clients and candidates to learn about one another and evaluate their relationship in real time. Our contractors are eligible for conversion after six months of service.

Consulting

Our ability to create high performance teams with our clients and develop long term relationships is the focal point of our service. Our consultants integrate seamlessly with our client teams and provide total integration throughout the life of the contract.
